SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
You will manage the Company’s projects from inception to completion.
You will plan, co-ordinate and liaise with our suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure that work is progressing as planned, cost is kept within budget and quality is of expected standard.
Requirements:
– Degree/Diploma in Interior Design/Civil Engineering/Building Management or equivalent
– 4-5 years’ experience in building project management, planning and
scheduling or work programmes for the construction industry
– Experience in liaising with relevant parties including government
departments to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
– Proactive and resourceful, with excellent interpersonal skills
– Ability to travel overseas will be an added advantage.
ACCOUNT MANAGER
You will manage projects and the entire business relationship effectively to achieve profitable sales, and serve key accounts to increase the company’s regional market share. You will explore and generate new sales leads, and be responsible for sales of our service in events and sports management.
Requirements:
– Tertiary Education in Marketing/Events Management/Sports Wellness
or equivalent
– Creative and possess strong business acumen, with at least 3 years’
relevant experience
– Sales and result-oriented, with excellent communication,negotiation and presentation skills
– Good command of written and spoken English
– Regional experience will be an added advantage.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
You will co-ordinate with sub-contractors and liaise with clients and
consultants on design and drawing matters. You will lead the site project team to achieve timely project deliverables and ensure full compliance with project site documentation and implementation according to local standards and regulations.
Requirements:
– Degree/Diploma in Building Management/Civil Engineering/Quantity
Surveying or equivalent
– 2-4 years’ experience in the construction/interior design/ architecture industries
– A good grasp of building regulations and a flair for contract administration, including tender submission.
